Open the app and go to More, then Settings, then Delete Account. This deletes your account and your personal data. Issued tax invoice records are kept where Omani tax law requires them to be retained. You can ask us for a copy of those records at any time before you delete.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so you cancel them in your Apple Account settings, not in Yusrin. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Yusrin, then tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

No. Yusrin is not an accredited service provider and does not transmit invoices to the Fawtara platform. Yusrin creates tax invoice documents that carry the mandatory fields set out in Article 144 of the VAT Executive Regulations, so your records are in order. Filing and transmission remain your responsibility or your accountant’s.

Your data is stored in the European Union, in Ireland. Only your business can see your customers, quotations, and invoices. Our privacy policy lists every service we use and where each one processes data.

An issued tax invoice cannot be edited, because Omani VAT rules do not allow it. The correction path is a credit note. Open the invoice, tap Create Credit Note, and issue a corrected invoice. Both documents stay in your records and reference each other.
